| Preheat oven to 400 F. Butter 8" cast-iron skillet or round cake pan. In bowl combine first 6 ingredients. Stir in sour cream, milk and butter until just combined. Pour batter into skillet. Bake 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack, 5 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve. |
